About the Show

In the Mix is a weekly pop culture, entertainment  television show hosted by GC Nielsen a renowned Chicago-native DJ and live entertainer. Every episode is shot on location where we bring the camera to the guest, behind the scenes, at the venue or even on the tour bus. The result travels... a self-contained half hour show that works as appointment viewing, a streaming binge, or a clip that lives on its own. It's In-the-Mix!

• Focus: Exclusive celebrity interviews, behind the scenes looks at music, sports, television and film.
• Guests: Featuring top musicians, actors and other personalities. Past guests include Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, Tommy Davidson, Matthew Lillard and more.
• Launch: Debut on UPN television stations September 2000. Reboot debut October 3, 2026
